A strong idea can still stall between the strategy deck, the design team, the software partner, and the people expected to make it work.
Spark was created to close those gaps. We stay close to the business problem, bring the right disciplines around it, and carry the thinking into the system people actually use.
That does not mean every engagement needs every capability. It means the decisions are made together, so one part of the solution does not quietly break another.
